Ways to Give

Giving of yourself to help another

The money you give is used to benefit students in one of three ways – through scholarships, endowments, or grants to faculty and staff. Scholarships are completely flexible to your terms. You can give any amount at any time. An endowment is a kind of scholarship that is backed by a permanent base of funds, which generates interest that’s awarded every year forever. The minimum gift to establish an endowment is $25,000. You can also direct your funds to our grants program, in which faculty and staff have to apply for specific amounts for expenditures that promise to improve the quality of education for their students.

Giving of yourself to help another human being can be an emotional event, and we make sure your most heartfelt intentions are met. You can make a general donation for us to use in an area that needs it the most. Or you can specify how your gift is used in as much detail as you like. For example, if you’re passionate about making sure your gift is used to help a Hispanic female succeed in the vocational nursing program on our North Campus, we’ll make sure it happens.
